ODC_Environment - Development environment definition

A project might be associated with a development environment, which allows controlling different processes submitted for project resources. Actions supported in the environment are listed in actions.

A list of default actions is usually provided in the default environment when creating a new project. The list of default actions is copied always when creating a new environment.
