independent versioning

Independent versioning is a special versioning consistency feature, where version are created

separately for each versioning scope, i.e. version numbers do reflect a temporal relationship within the versioning scope, only. Version numbers for different versioning scopes do not reflect temporal relations. Usually, historical database states cannot be considered as consistent.
