Synchronized versioning is a special versioning consistency feature, where each version represenets a symbolical timepoint, but creating new versions fo versioning scopes is not done automatically. Thus, historical states may become inconsistent. Version numbers represent a temporal sequence but are not directly associated with timepoints.
