There was an attempt to access a deleted entry. This happens, e.g. when deleting an entry without removing references to it (e.g. when not defining inverse references for relationships).

Check the definition of inverse references for relationships and base structures. Call CheckDB() or reorganize data base (DBCopy()) in order to detect and remove invalid references.
