DataSourceHandle :: CloseDBObject - Close DBObjectHandle

The DBObjectHandle and subsequent handles (PropertyHandles) are closed beginning with the lowest opened handle. Handles are closed only when they have been opened by the data source handle. Property handles opened by the application must be closed by the application before.
