IndexManager :: EnableRemoveKeywords - Enable/disable 'remove keywords' option

The function enables the "remove keywords" option, which causes the index manager to remove keywords assigned to the current object before indexing the object.

The default for the "remove keywords" option is taken from the remove_keys option in the IndexManager() section of the configuration file passed to the calling program.
