PropertyHandle :: CheckPosition - Check position

The function checks whether the property handle hierarchy above is positioned, i.e. whether the property handle is accessible. When parents are not positioned, the function tries to locate the first instance for each parent in the parent hierarchy, which is not yet positioned.
