PropertyHandle :: Exist - Does instance exist
The function returns, whether the property refers to a specific instance, which need not to be selected or positioned. You my preselect an instance by calling LocateKey(). The function returns true (YES), when an instance is preselected or positioned.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
