PropertyHandle :: HasFilter - Has a filter been set
The function returns, whether a filter (selection condition) has been set for a collection property (YES) or not(NO). The function returns NO, when the property handle is not valid or refers to a property which is not considered as collection.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
