PropertyHandle :: IsInstanceDeleting - Is currently selected instance going to be deleted?
The function returns, whether the currently selected instance is going to be deleted. When deleting an instance, context functions should not read or access instance data or subordinated instances.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
