PropertyHandle :: IsSelected - Is instance selected
The function checks whether there is an instance selected for the property handle. The function returns YES if an instance (new or existing) is selected, NO otherwise. When the property handle refers to an attribute with a parent property handle it returns the state of the parent instance.
In contrast to the IsPositioned() function here instances, which have been provided using the GetInitInstance() function, are considered as selected as well.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.

The option forces the function to check the property handle before running executing the function. You can pass NO to avoid unnecessary checking.
