PropertyHandle :: RepairKey - Repair key value in index entry

The function compares the key value in the index with key component attribute values in the currently selected (positioned) instance. When the key value in the instance differs from key values in the index, the key value in the index will be updated.

When no instance is selected, key values are checked for all instances in the collection.. The function returns an error, when the key value in the index is different but could not be repaired.
