PropertyHandle :: operator<= - Compare two property instances (less or equal)
The operation compares the two operands and returns true (YES) when the first operand is smaller than or equal to the second operand and false (NO) otherwise.
Return value: Return value ( logical )
The function returns YES when the question was answered positively. Otherwise it returns NO.
