PropertyDefinition :: isTransientAttribute - Does property define a transient attribute?
The function returns true, when the property is defined as transient attribute. When the function is not called with a valid property definition, it throws an exception.
Return value: Success ( bool )
The value is true when the function was executed successfully. Otherwise the value is set to false.
