IniFile :: refresh - Refresh ini-file

Return value: Success ( bool )

The value is true when the function was executed successfully. Otherwise the value is set to false.

bool IniFile :: refresh ( )

The function re-reads option values from the external ini-file and re-initializes the ini-file. The current section (section()) remains unchanged.
