Repair database calling CheckDB

Calling the CheckDB utility allows checking and repairing a complete database or parts of it. It is suggested calling CheckDB not only in case of errors but regularly in a maintenance process. In contrast to OShell, CheckDB allows repairing errors, which have not been explicitly detected.

CheckDB will detect most consistency problems and repairs them. Nevertheless, some problems (as invalid key attribute values in indexes) are not recognized by CheckDB.
