Concept definitions

The section describes most relevant concepts (terms) used in the ODABA documentation in a concept system according to ISO 1087. Instead of the ISO concepts of narrower and broader concept, we are using the more object-oriented terms generalization and specialization.

Each concept definition contains a list of links to relevant topics referring to these concepts. In contrast to the keyword index, these references have been considered as relevant for the topic and are not just referring to it. Concept links to topics have been set manually depending on the relevance of the link, and comments may improve and complete the reference system for concepts.
