DBConnect - Connect to database

The function allows checking the connection to a database. In case of using update features for ODABA server applications, this is also the shortest way for downloading and installing updates.

After being connected (and downloading update files) successfully, the connection will be closed.

When no connection could be established, the client makes 20 attempts to connect to the server within 50 seconds. When it could not be connected, an error message is written to the console.
