KILL_TIME - Time for waiting

This is a timeout value in seconds for closing committing transactions. When there are (long) transactions not able to commit in the defined timeout interval, processes referring to the database will be killed. Usually, the transaction timeout can be limited to a few seconds, because the timeout applies to committing transactions, only. New commits will be blocked until maintenance has finished.
