START - Time for starting first maintenance

The time for starting the first maintenance is passed as time value. When no time has been defined, maintenance is skipped. The first maintenance process will run at the defined time and than always again, when cycle time has passed.

In order to run maintenance processes only one time when starting up the server, an empty value has to be passed in START.
