Application configuration file

The newer version of defining data sources is the configuration file. In contrast to the ini-file, a configuration file has to start with an xml tag before any other text. Configuration files are difficult to handle manually, but one may define a configuration in the option settings menu, which is provided in the menu bar of most ODE applications. From the options dialog one may generate a configuration file for the current setting (export).
