Upgrade to version 13

Data model extensions made for version 13 are compatible with ODABA 12.3.0. Some system header data has been changed in order to support data versions. When accessing ODABA 12 data bases with ODABA 13 libraries in write mode, header will be upgraded automatically and database is not accessible for ODABA 12 software, anymore.

In order to suppress automatic database upgrade, one may set the SYSTEM_UPGRADE option to NO (data source or application level). In this case, all versioning features available in version 13 cannot be used.
