Accessing values for attributes

In order to access values for an instance selected in a property handle, the Value handle provides several attribute access functions. One may create value handles in advance or ad hoc. When reading many instances, creating value handles in advance is more efficient than creating an ad hoc value for each instance read for the collection. Hence, it is suggested to create value handles in advance.
