in_production - Production phase

This option indicates, that the latest version is the current schema version for the production system. When a new schema version has been created, the production system will refer to the previous schema version as long as this option is not set (false). After checking the new schema version, the schema version is set into production state, when no problems have been detected. When the database is in production state, limited schema updates are possible, only.
