extents - Extents owned by the name space

Any number of extents can be defined in the context of the namespace. When defining a local extent in a namespace, the data type for extent instances must be known in the scope of the namespace.

When the namespace is an active namespace, extents automatically get a namespace identifier (NSID) that is part of the unique extent name.
