retain_sid - Retain internal type number

Internal type numbers are maintained by the system and should be unique (at least, when they are greater than 0). Internal type numbers must be copied, when copying a complete dictionary in order to access an existing database. You cannot access the database anymore, when internal type numbers have been changed.

This option should never be set when copying structures from one dictionary into another one.
