SDB_MainBase - Main base definition

A main base definition provides a default for physical main base definitions. Moreover, by means to main base definitions a physical schema may be created, which defined the extents to be stored in each main base. Instances of extents without main base specifications are stored in main base 0.

Extents not owning the instances will ignore main base references when existing.
