access_rights - Access rights for the user

Any number of access rights can be associated with a user. As long as no access rights are associated with a user, the user has maximum access rights. When assigning one access right to the user, the user may access extents and/or object types according to the definition defined in the access rights.

When more than one access right has been defined, the users rights result from the union of all access rights, i.e. the more rights are associated with the user, the more rights the user has.
