external - External namespace, project or module

External namespaces are namespaces not known in particular in the current project. Instead of including class header files, for external namespaces only the namespace or project header file is included. Namespace and module header files are constructed from the namespace name preceded by an 'p'. Project header files are defined explicitly in the project definition.
