Time :: centisecond - Get centiseconds from time value
The function returns the number of centiseconds from the time value, i.e. iCentiseconds from the iHours:iMinutes:iSeconds,iCentiseconds time value.
Return value: Centisecond ( int32 )
Part (in hundredths) of the second.
