ObjectSpace :: close - Close Object Handle

Closing the object space handle will reduce the use count for the access object. When not being used anymore, i.e. when the last object space handle referring to this access object is closed, the access object will be destroyed.

In order to force closing an object space access handle immediately, forceClose() may be called.
