Property :: releaseBuffer - Release instance buffer

The function will release the allocated buffer. All instances in the buffer are released, as well as the selected instance. Buffer access functions cannot be called anymore until allocating a buffer again (changeBuffer()).

When an error has been encountered, the function throws an exception.
