Extended self delimiter format

ESDF extents allow accessing an ESDF file as an ODABA data collection (extent). ESDF extents supports read and write access, but no update access, i.e. one may add instances to an ESDF file but not update instances within an ESDF file.

ESDF extents can be accessed as other database collections by means of property handles, which allow keyed access or access by position.
