GUIBaseContext :: reopenProject - Reopen project

The function may be called in order to reopen the application by updating all opened elements. The function also provides updated GUI resources for all cached elements while running the application (resetDesignCache()).

The function resets the GUI resource cache, i.e. it updates all resources saved in the cache.

The function does not remove OSI functions from the dictionary cache, In order to automatically reload updated OSI functions, the option OSI.RELOAD should be set to true.
